Customer feedback results in fixed line product for Australian SMBs who are on-the-go

Optus SMB has launched Optus Loop Live, a subscription-based, digital substitute for fixed lines, which allows SMBs to quickly activate a fixed number on their mobile phones instead of old fashioned desk phones.

Matthew Ball, Vice President of Optus SMB, said small business owners have been the inspiration for the changes.

“Our customers tell us they want to grow their business. They are overtly aware that each time their phone rings, or an email is received, or an enquiry made via their website, that this could be their next customer or sale.”

“We have taken on their feedback for the design of Optus Loop Live and are excited to offer a product that helps Australian SMBs to never miss an opportunity – without lock in contacts and even if they are not an Optus customer.

“Small business owners simply go online, select their own fixed number and, in as little as 15 minutes, begin receiving customer calls on their mobile.”

In addition to being available online, Optus Loop is available via one of Optus’ Business Specialists in Optus Retail Stores.

“Optus Loop Live makes it easy for small business owners to benefit from innovative technology. With Loop Live, being away from the office doesn’t mean you have to miss an opportunity of any size.”
