With PC industry not going in the right direction, convergence of devices is pushing for the emergence of tablets and phablets is one such example. Keeping this in mind, Lenovo has launched in India a new high-end phablet, the Vibe X, at Rs 25,999. This is the company’s chance to get advantage of the ongoing smartphone rush in the country.
The Lenovo Vibe X smarpthone is said to be the lightest five-inch smartphone available in the market at just 121 gram and is just 6.9mm in thickness.
This smartphone comes with a 13MP rear camera with a BSI sensor that promises good low light performance and additionally there is a 5MP front camera. This Android 4.2 phone is powered by a quad-core 1.5GHz processor that comes with 2GB RAM and 16GB of internal storage.
This Lenovo smartphone also has some exclusive apps such as SHAREit which enables phone-to-phone data transfer at 4Mbps speed. What’s more is that the 20/20 vision crystal-clear display of this smartphone is protected by a Corning Gorilla Glass 3 screen.
With the company trying its best to focus towards non PC devices, as opined by industry experts, Lenovo seems to be moving in the right direction.
