Kuwait's Leading Operator Leverages on SURE to Drive Triple Play

Hyderabad, India based Magnaquest, a global solution provider of Billing and CRM solutions to broadband operators, has announced that one of the largest operators in Kuwait, Middle East has selected SURE, its Billing and CRM solution - in order to drive triple play for its operations.

As one of the first broadband operators in Kuwait, the operator will be leveraging on the SURE! Billing and CRM (previously MQsubscribe) along with the marketing automation and demand generation tool to expand its customer portfolio as well as its subscriber base in relevant markets.

The operator is a part of one of the largest investment firms in Gulf Region with interests in 24 counties and through 60 companies. As one of the first company to start providing internet in Kuwait, this operator is today a large group providing full-fledged ICT services to its customers. Their services range from local and international data connectivity to network security, data centre services, ICT solutions, etc.
