Jeff White Leaves Cisco India, Dinesh Malkani to lead Indian Operations

With this realignment, Jeff White, head, Cisco India is now in the process of moving to Cisco, US on account of personal reasons and Dinesh Malkani has now been appointed as head, Cisco India.

According to industry sources close to the development, global networking major Cisco has appointed Dinesh Malkani to lead its India operations. This development comes close on the heels of Jeff White leaving Cisco India, he has been Cisco's President and Country Manager for India, since 2013.

At present, Dinesh Malkani is working as Vice President, Sales, Cisco India and SAARC. As part of this role, he is taking care of Cisco's Enterprise, Public Sector and Service Provider business across the India & the SAARC region.

Malkani joined Cisco in August 2010 and has over 20 years of experience in the IT and communications industry in APJC, having lived and worked in India, China, Korea and Singapore. Over this period he has held multiple roles and worked as R&D engineer, SE manager, sales director, general manager as well.
