CSG International, a global provider of interactive transaction-driven solutions and services, has announced that TalkTalk Group, one of the United Kingdom’s leading broadband, landline, TV and mobile providers, has selected key components of CSG’s Total Service Mediation and Wholesale Business Management Solution (WBMS) suites.
TalkTalk will deploy the latest version of CSG Intermediate, CSG Interconnect including Dispute Manager, and CSG Route, replacing a combination of bespoke systems as well as a previous version of CSG Route.

TalkTalk’s strong growth across its service portfolio of broadband, landline, TV and mobile services for businesses and consumers in the United Kingdom, required a solution which could not only support these varied product types and projected growth, but also support the rollout of future digital services. The CSG solution will enable TalkTalk to streamline its back office processes and more accurately track cost and revenue, including for TalkTalk Business, which is a leading B2B and wholesale service provider. TalkTalk will be able to offer enhanced, partner-specific terms, to negotiate exclusive rights to partner products that can be used to attract or retain customers or enrich its brand.
