With an Alepo BSS / OSS solution that supports multiple, next-generation data networks, Broadband Home Limited (BBH), a Ghana based company, providing broadband Internet and connectivity services under the brand name, Zipnet, will be able to quickly launch innovative data services and bundles across its 4GLTE, WiMAX and Wi-Fi networks, while streamlining operations and reducing total cost of ownership of the core network.
The Alepo solution enables BBH to launch its highly anticipated IPTV service,ZipTV, aimed at redefining the entertainment experience in Ghanaian households.
Alepo, is engaged in a new partnership with BBH, a broadband wireless access provider in Ghana, to support the growth and evolution of its4G LTE, WiMAX, Wi-Fi broadband services including the introduction of planned IPTV services in Ghana.
BBH selected Alepo Service Enabler (SE) 9 –Alepo’s convergent charging, billing, and CRM platform – citing its goals of market differentiation with new types of data plans and offers, a more sophisticated customer experience, and streamlined operations across multiple access networks and services.
With Alepo SE, BBH will be able to readily launch innovative prepaid and postpaid data offers for multiple services as well as ensure a rich, end-to-end customer experience at every stage. A highly scalable, future-ready solution, Alepo SE enables BBH to grow its next-generation broadband business, in terms of its revenue, data usage and subscribers, as well as introduce services like mVoIP(IP voice service under the brand name Ziptel) and ZipTV(IPTV service).
