Glide Identity has announced a significant milestone in Open Gateway deployment by entering a strategic partnership with Google Cloud and expanding its mobile network operator (MNO) with partnerships with T-Mobile, Telefónica, Vodafone, Masorange. The partnership enables Glide Identity to serve both first-party and third-party applications, bringing enterprise-grade identity solutions to the world's leading digital services, starting with Snapchat.

Glide’s advanced authentication technology replaces one-time passwords (OTPs) with a SIM-based cryptographic solution, eliminating vulnerabilities like phishing and SIM swap fraud. By leveraging Open Gateway’s standardized CAMARA APIs. Glide enables secure, AI-safe identity verification at scale. Its seamless integration with Google Cloud and Firebase enhances security while simplifying implementation for enterprises and developers. With a unified billing system and broad network coverage, Glide’s solution provides a frictionless user experience, ensuring businesses can adopt secure authentication without disrupting existing workflows.

Glide Identity will demonstrate these achievements during a panel at Mobile World Congress 2025 on Monday at 3:30 PM in Hall 6, with participation from Google, T-Mobile, Telefónica, and Snap. During the panel, Glide will showcase Firebase phone number verification service, introducing its innovative SIM-based cryptographic solution as an alternative to traditional SMS OTP verification.
