CviLux Group Set to Inaugurate its Manufacturing Facility in Laos

Taiwan based CviLux Group is all set to start manufacturing FFC cable and connectors and at its latest manufacturing unit in Laos. The company is showcasing its products at the ongoing ICT COMM 2017 in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

Speaking on this development, Ken Lai, Regional Manager – ASEAN, Business Development Div, CviLux Group, explained, ”We have four factories in China and one in Taiwan. Our Laos manufacturing unit is strategically very important for the South East Asian market. So, with the help of this manufacturing unit in Laos, we will be able to address the potential of South East Asian market. This factory will be ready by December 2017."

Laos is fast developing as a favorable destination for many manufacturers as the country is offering business-friendly environment to vendors and the geographically as well – the country is ideally poised to supply products to other South East Asian countries.

“Laos is offering great environment to us. The workmanship is cheapest among South East Asia. And in terms of delivery to South east Asia, it will be quite convenient to have a manufacturing base in Laos and support other countries in this region,” he added.

CviLux Group is a public company in Taiwan Stock Market. The company is turning its service from components to turnkey solution and finishing product manufacturing.

As of now, there are three business units within Cvilux Group, connector and cable assembly, consumer products and cloud system integration business. The company’s products have been distributed to 70 plus countries.
