CSG Systems International has been selected by Buckeye Broadband to utilize CSG’s revenue and customer management solutions and drive the next evolution of its services and overall customer experience.
Buckeye Broadband is a full-service provider of cable, internet, and phone services for more than 170,000 residential and commercial subscribers across Northwest Ohio and Southeast Michigan. The company chose CSG and its revenue and customer management solutions to enhance the customer experience, create new internal efficiencies and provide the flexibility to quickly launch new services.
“The customer of today has numerous options for meeting their entertainment, information and communications needs, which means we have to be more flexible and innovative than ever before to compete for a consumer’s attention,” said Sean Brushett, chief revenue officer, Buckeye Broadband. “CSG has a proven reputation in helping operators transform their business models and operations to better serve the digital consumer. Together, we are paving the way to more efficient and effective operations that deliver the best customer experience possible.”
Buckeye Broadband will use a variety of solutions from CSG, including the company’s award-winning Advanced Convergent Platform™ (ACP) revenue management platform, the company’s full call center suite of solutions, as well as print and mail services for customer invoicing.
CSG will convert customers from Buckeye’s existing systems onto the company’s platforms using a unique, purpose-built conversion process that moves customers from one system to another without disruption to the client’s business or end consumer.
“CSG has earned the trust of the progressive service providers across the industry with our work to align critical revenue and customer management systems to better support the evolving customer experience,” said Brian Shepherd, president of broadband, cable and satellite business at CSG International. “We have every confidence that we will smoothly convert Buckeye’s subscribers to our systems and help propel the operator into the next era of digital services.”
