AVer Information Inc., the video collaboration and education technology solutions provider, has announced that AVer professional and AI auto tracking cameras now offer voice-tracking features in integration with Nureva HDL300 and Dual HDL300 audio conferencing systems.
The partnership enables AVer PTZ Link software to steer the camera precisely toward the speaker in the meeting room, making it easy for IT technicians to monitor cameras and ensure they function correctly in the remote.
Beyond the setup and maintenance convenience, the cross-platform integration also marks a superior audiovisual experience, which is rarely available on other systems. Receiving accurate sound direction, location, and level several times per second through Nureva’s sound location device API, AVer PTZ Linksoftware can adjust PTZ cameras accordingly to the location of the active speaker or the need to switch focus between multiple speakers. In addition, if multiple cameras are present in the room, automatic switching between cameras is available so remote participants can easily follow conversations.
“Incorporating the acclaimed Nureva technology into our Pro AV cameras enables us to deliver exceptional experiences to our joint customers,” said Andy Hsi, CEO of AVer Information Inc. “It creates great value for hybrid work and learning, meaning AVer auto tracking cameras and the Nureva audio system can be placed in optimal locations without compromise.”
“We are excited to work with AVer on delivering the camera tracking experience that our mutual customers demand,” said Nancy Knowlton, CEO of Nureva. “Using the intelligence built into Microphone Mist™ technology, our IT-friendly wall-mounted systems are delivering a level of camera tracking sophistication that, until now, was only possible with traditional Pro AV solutions.”
