Aptilo Networks has named Paul Mikkelsen as the company's newly appointed Chief Executive Officer. Mikkelsen previously served as Aptilo’s Chief Operating Officer.

A member of the team that founded Aptilo in 2001, Mikkelsen has more than 25 years of experience in international telecommunications and IT. Prior to Aptilo he was Director of Business Development at Axis, where he was responsible for the European market for the Mobile Internet Division. Before Axis, Mikkelsen spent 10+ years at Ericsson where he held executive positions in business and finance at the Stockholm headquarters and in Asia.
Mikkelsen succeeds Torbjörn Ward, who passed away after a courageous battle with cancer.
