Micromax Informatics, has introduced an on-Spot Service Promise with Instant Repair or Replacement for its latest flagship – Canvas Unite 4 Plus.

The Canvas Unite 4 Plus is a part of Micromax’s most popular and largest Unite smartphone series that has sold over 2.5 million handsets till date.

Over the last one year Micromax has increased its focus on product quality and service experience which has led to a 25% decline in service calls in this period. The company has extensively invested in smart training and extensive skills improvement program for its customer services team which has led to more than 85% of service requests being resolved within 4 days in the last one year.
