Energizer Smartphones – Set to Debut in India Soon!

Keeping in mind the burgeoning opportunity in the Indian market, Energizer is all set to introduce its smartphone range in India.

The company already has its range of mobile accessories available in the Indian market and soon it is going to foray into the smartphone space as well.

Speaking on this strategy, Manish Prasad, Sales and Business Development Director, India / South Asia and South East Asia, Avenir Telecom said that Energizer smartphones will be specifically designed for the Indian market and carry a unique stamp of quality that the brand is known for at global level.

Making its foray into the Indian market, the company is looking forward to have a two pronged strategy and initiate its smartphone launch by announcing two models – one model exclusively for the online space and the other model bundled with a telecom operator.

“India is an exciting market when it comes to smartphones today. Our smartphones will be specially designed for the Indian market. We will be launching our operations with two models. One for the online space and the other for the operator bundling space,” he explained.

The Energizer smartphones will be launched in India by March 2018 timeframe

On a global level, Energizer smartphones are available in 45 countries. “Talking about the Asia region, we have launched Energizer smartphones in Sri Lanka, Nepal. We will be launching in Bangladesh very soon, we are done in Vietnam, Singapore and Thailand is going to start very soon. And on global scale, we are very strong in America, Europe, Middle East, Africa,” he added.

The US based Energizer brand is home to a lot of innovative products and technologies – especially in the portable power and portable lighting categories.​​
