Elitecore unveils advanced features in its Wi-Fi SMP at WBA Wireless Global Congress 2016

Elitecore, a global provider of next generation BSS, Packet-core and Carrier Wi-Fi solution, showcases advanced features in its Service Management Platform (SMP) modules including Captive Portal, Analytics and Monetization Framework at Wireless Global Congress 2016, Liverpool.

These functionalities will help service provider to deploy customer centric personalized services and accelerate time to market innovative plans.

The highlights of the new features are:

Introducing design your own portal feature that enables service providers and the venue owners to devise their own portal template. With a secured work flow configuration, this feature allows to create a new template or edit the look and feel for an existing one based on a particular brand, venue etc. as per requirements. The dynamic self-service portal has a user friendly GUI with drag and drop feature enabling even a non-tech user to make service selection changes.

Secondly, the Wi-Fi experience analytics enables business intelligence by collecting data insights from existing SMP, monetization framework as well as from other network and IT systems and co-relating the impact of data usage, network performance, location performance, subscriber preferences, subscriber profile, duration of access, etc.. This data on aggregation helps to understand usage pattern and behaviour to analyze and generate user-friendly dashboard based reports.

The new features also include Ad management intelligence, part of Wi-Fi monetization framework, that enables auto prioritization and scheduling of Ad campaign based on location, time, audience etc., dynamic creative generation in multiple responsive formats for web portal and mobile app and performance management analysis for advertisements.
