Andorra Telecom Strengthens Converged Billing by Deploying Additional Netcracker BSS Capabilities

Andorra Telecom has gone live with a BSS expansion by implementing Netcracker’s Online Charging System and Voucher Management solution to consolidate its pre-paid and post-paid customers onto a single converged billing platform.

The BSS solutions will integrate with Andorra Telecom’s already extensive suite of end-to-end Netcracker BSS and OSS solutions.

Andorra Telecom is the national telecommunications operator and regulator for the Principality of Andorra, providing mobile and fixed voice, transmission data, Internet and other services for domestic and international telecommunications.

Netcracker’s Online Charging System and Voucher Management offerings, which are part of its sophisticated Revenue Management solution, will further enhance Netcracker’s end-to-end BSS and OSS solution at Andorra Telecom.

The entire end-to-end BSS/OSS solution is built on a single, converged underlying framework. This will improve Andorra Telecom’s ability to offer converged capabilities and introduce new products quickly and efficiently.

By using Netcracker’s solutions and wide range of professional services, which included integration, migration and implementation services, Andorra Telecom will be able to deploy new products and offerings faster while remaining fully compliant with industry standards and best practices.

Andorra Telecom’s new consolidated approach to pre-paid and post-paid billing customer management will also reduce complexity and minimize the changes that systems or processes are unnecessarily duplicated.
